Our team is led by Dr. Elham Tavasoli. She is a former associate director of skincare innovation at Estee Lauder companies. She has played a pivotal role in developing groundbreaking skincare, suncare, and makeup products, contributing to brands like Clinique and serving as a brand liaison and advisor for Tom Ford Beauty. Her expertise spans from formulating efficacious active ingredients to crafting compelling product stories and novel skincare technologies that drive global success. Throughout her career, she has authored multiple patents and publications for Estee Lauder Companies, reflecting her commitment to advancing skincare science. In June 2024, Elham resigned from Estee Lauder to embark a new journey as CEO and Founder of NextGen Actives.
